Orders & delivery
Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver across the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. International delivery is coming soon.
How long does delivery take?
Most UK mainland orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Northern Ireland and the Highlands can take a little longer. We send you tracking the moment your order leaves us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been despatched yet, yes. Email us at fynflorahome@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not as standard yet. If you would like a piece wrapped as a gift, drop us a line at checkout and we will do our best.
Will my order be delivered in one go?
Usually, yes. Occasionally larger items (rugs, multi-piece sets) ship separately. If that happens we will email you with the second tracking number.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return any item within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Full details on our Refund policy page.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at fynflorahome@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer Klarna or pay-in-instalments?
Not yet. We're looking at adding it soon — let us know if it would be useful to you.
Pieces & care
Are your pieces handmade?
Many of them, yes. We work with small makers and studios across the UK and Europe. Where a piece is made by a particular maker, you will see it on the product page.
How do I care for my linen cushion covers / jute rug / olive wood board?
We've put together a dedicated Care Guides page with practical instructions for every material we stock. Worth a look — most natural materials get better with the right care.
What size cushion should I buy?
We've written a full Sizing Guide covering cushion sizes, rug sizes for every room, and tableware quantities for entertaining.
Do you do bespoke or made-to-order pieces?
Occasionally, depending on the piece and the maker. Email fynflorahome@gmail.com with what you have in mind.
Trade & wholesale
Do you offer trade pricing for interior designers?
We're setting up our trade programme now. If you're an interior designer, stylist, or trade buyer, email us at fynflorahome@gmail.com and we'll add you to the waitlist.
Can I stock Fyn & Flora pieces in my shop?
We're open to a small handful of stockists. Get in touch and tell us a bit about your shop.
