Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Fyn & Flora Home Decor website (fynfloralhomedecor.co.uk) and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Fyn & Flora Home Decor is a trading name operated from 20 Chatsworth Square, Carlisle, CA1 1HE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at fynflorahome@gmail.com.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm receipt by email. A contract is formed once we despatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in GBP and shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are added at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order.

4. Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery timings are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment has cleared.

5. Returns & refunds

You have 10 days from delivery to return any item for a refund, in line with our Refund policy. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Product information

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but on-screen colours may vary slightly from the real piece. Many of our pieces are handmade and small variations are part of their character, not a defect.

7. Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else which cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
