Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you bring home. If something is not quite right, you can return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We are a small Carlisle team — message us first and we will sort it.

Our 10-day promise

Within ten days of delivery, return any item — unused, in its original condition and packaging — for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to return an item

  1. Email us within 10 days at fynflorahome@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We reply within one working day with the return address and a return reference number to write on the parcel.
  3. Pack it carefully in the original packaging where possible. Drop it at any Post Office or DPD point.
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method.
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty — in which case we cover it in full.

What we can accept

  • Items unused, in their original condition
  • Items in their original packaging (tissue, ribbon, box)
  • Proof of purchase (order number from your confirmation email)

What we cannot accept

  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery
  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Used kitchenware and tableware that has been food-contacted
  • Cushion covers that have been washed

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Two or three photos of the damage
  • A short description of what's wrong

We will cover the cost of return shipping in full and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to show it on your statement (this is outside our control — sorry).

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any item within the 10-day window for something different in the same price range, subject to availability. Email us and we will set it up for you.
