Delivery
Every order is hand-packed in our Carlisle studio and sent on its way within 1–2 working days. Here is what to expect.

Where we deliver
We deliver across the whole of the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Mainland UK
Standard rates apply across the British mainland (England, Wales and most of Scotland).
Highlands & Islands
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and offshore islands (postcodes AB, IV, KW, HS, ZE, PA, PH, IM, TR21–25) is subject to a +£5 surcharge. Delivery time: 4–7 working days.
Northern Ireland
Standard rates apply to Northern Ireland with a +£3 surcharge. Delivery time: 4–7 working days.
International
We do not currently offer international delivery via the website — but we are happy to arrange it on request. Email fynflorahome@gmail.com with your full address and what you would like to order, and we will quote you.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio. You can follow it from Carlisle to your door.
Cut-off times
- Standard: Order before 1pm Mon–Fri for same-day despatch
- Express: Order before 12pm Mon–Fri for next-day delivery
- Weekend orders: Despatched the following Monday
What happens if I am not home?
For standard and tracked deliveries, the courier will attempt delivery once. If you are not home, they will leave a card with instructions to either re-arrange delivery or collect from a nearby Post Office or DPD point.
You can also leave a delivery note at checkout — for example "Leave with neighbour at #14" or "Leave behind the side gate".
Gift orders
Ordering as a gift? Tick the gift option at checkout and leave a short note in the special instructions field. We will:
- Wrap your order by hand in unbleached tissue (no plastic, no fuss)
- Include a handwritten note with your message
- Leave the price off the despatch slip
No extra charge.
Damaged on arrival
If anything arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and we will sort it out straight away — see our Returns page for full details.
